About this tool
Coin flip decides heads or tails at random with a single tap. Used alone, each tap gives an instant result; flip together via an invite link and no matter who taps, everyone in the room watches the exact same coin land on the exact same side at the same time.
How to use
- Tap the coin to flip it.
- It spins in 3D and settles on heads (๐) or tails (๐).
- Recent flips and the heads/tails count build up below.
- Create a room with "Play Together" and anyone invited sees the same result live.
Frequently asked questions
- Are the odds of heads and tails equal?
- Yes. A fresh random value is drawn each time and split exactly in half, so neither side is favored.
- In "play together" mode, whose flip counts?
- Whoever in the room taps the coin, the server's flip count goes up by one and the result is shown to everyone in the room at the same time, landing on the same side.
- If someone joins the link later, do they see earlier flips?
- Yes. Joining the room fills in the latest result and recent history instantly, without animation, based on how many times it has already been flipped.
- Is the flip history saved?
- The screen shows only the most recent 20 flips, and a "play together" room only tracks a flip count on the server, capped at 500. The actual outcome of each flip is never stored โ it is recalculated on the spot whenever it is needed.
