- Three tiers apply to low-voltage residential service: up to 200 kWh costs a 910 won base fee plus 120.0 won/kWh; 201-400 kWh adds a 1,600 won base fee plus 214.6 won/kWh on the amount over 200; above 400 kWh adds a 7,300 won base fee plus 307.3 won/kWh on the amount over 400.
