About this tool
A to-do list where you add tasks, check them off, and remove them. Mark a task important with the star to pin it to the top, and filter by all, active, or done.
How to use
- Type a task and press Enter or the add button.
- Check the box when a task is done.
- Star important tasks to pin them to the top.
- Use the All / Active / Done tabs to filter the list.
- Tap "Play with friends" to get an invite link โ whoever opens it sees the same task list and completion checks update live. The All / Active / Done filter stays local to each screen.
Frequently asked questions
- Where is my to-do list saved?
- If you are logged out, it is saved only in this browser (localStorage). If you log in, it is encrypted and saved to your account so you can continue on other devices.
- Will my list still be there if I close and reopen the app?
- Yes, as long as you use the same browser. Clearing browser storage or using a private/incognito window can remove it.
- Are completed tasks removed automatically?
- No. Completed tasks stay in the list with a strikethrough. Use the "clear done" button to remove only completed tasks.
- Can I use the same list on multiple devices?
- Yes, if you log in. The list saved to your account is the same across every device you sign into. Without logging in, it stays on the current browser only.
- Can I use this with friends?
- Yes. Tap "Play with friends" to get an invite link โ whoever opens it joins the same room, and the task list and completion checks update live for everyone. The All / Active / Done filter is set separately on each screen, though.
