- Which year's holidays does this use?
- It uses South Korea's 2026 statutory holidays, including substitute holidays. For date ranges outside 2026, weekends are still excluded correctly, but that year's holidays are not, so those days count as work days.
- Does this include company-specific days off or annual leave?
- No. Only statutory public holidays (including substitute holidays) are excluded - company-specific closures and personal annual leave are not reflected.
